Turning a Vision into Reality
NTC is a pioneering multidisciplinary platform for instructors in higher education in India and around the world. Through Teacher-to-Teacher Connect, it goes beyond just being an academic meeting and promotes the exchange of interdisciplinary knowledge. The National Teachers' Congress (NTC) brings together professors in higher education (colleges of undergraduate and graduate study) in India and around the world. The fourth NTC took place in December 2020 with the theme NEP 2020. Speakers at the event included dignitaries like Smt. Najma Heptulla, Shri Murli Manohar Joshi. Dr. Tomio Mizokami, Mr. Eric Falt, Mr. Ajit Rangnekar, and Mr. Mahendranath Pandey. The highlights of the conference were 3 best Papers being awarded, a compendium of papers to be published in ISBN journals, and lifetime achievement awards to worthy contributors in the field of education. There were nine plenary sessions, two teacher-to-teacher connect sessions, and two Research Paper presentation sessions.

Call For Papers
There are four streams of papers/posters acceptable for the NTC-2020 namely

Academic Papers (5000 to 800 words with American Psychological Association Referencing Style (APS))

Reflective Practices (About 5000 words in length, sharing praxis by practitioners)

Case Studies (Narrative style with supporting data submitted in 3000-5000 words)

Posters (Scientific Posters with standard templates)
NTC is first of its kind multidisciplinary platform for higher education teachers from India and across the World. It goes beyond being an academic conference and facilitates sharing of Interdisciplinary Knowledge through Teacher-to-Teacher Connect.
India has a rich legacy of ancient Guru- Shishya bonding for ages, by virtue of which it has produced the greatest teachers of unimpeachable integrity, who were not just intellectual giants but also provided moral and intellectual leadership of a rare quality to our country. They were widely loved and respected as their teaching was infused with a high degree of idealism, passion, and selfless service. To strengthen this bond further,
Yearly Theme
Every year, an all round committee discusses and researches latest trends in higher education to form the year's theme. Sub themes and topics are then planned around the selected theme to brainstorm and produce the most efficient resolutions to propose better changes on yearly basis.
